take the 90 and run.
Is it humid too? It might not be so bad on the treadmill if you have good tunes or a dvd to watch.
I did 10k the other day on the dreadmill. Take lots of fluids and go outside.

It's all about going early. I did a 6 miler last Friday at lunch and lost about 6 pounds of sweat. Get outside and avoid the dreadmill.

wow, I am honored to be in your presentce. God I dunno how you can take that thing and for such a long time. Good on ya! That and the trainer are just torture. Why do we do this to ourselves?
